Jägersteig

Below the ice rink entrance (wooden door) to the Mareinwaal, which crosses the big “keep-fit trail”. Further on this moderately ascending and idyllic path through the woods to the junction with the Forststraße, which goes in the direction of Tarsch. Turn right at the fork before the bridge, follow the path with the sign “Jägersteiger resp. Eisstadion”, past the “water-gathering basin” (picnic spot), to wonderful vantage points and return to the starting point on pleasantly soft wooded ground. Ideal route for the summer months.
